"I have learned to avoid foods that my body doesn't like because of digestive issues, I have learned about sweeteners and just use stevia now. I am drinking more water, not eating refined sugar or preservatives. I exercise regularly and do lots of cardio which helps me. I have worked on reducing stress as much as possible and have realized my need for self-care. I have discovered the value of Intermittent fasting, and it helps me get back on track when I have had a vacation or have eaten "some foods I shouldn't have". I am grateful I have lost 25 lbs and continue to work to keep it off." Ken

"It was a very welcoming and warm environment, I felt comfortable sharing my health journey with her. Learning no one diet fits all- mentality you have to "feel " what is best for you.
